ISM AI Marketing is the application ISM Group DZ uses with Meta’s platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram) to manage its communications and its marketing content.

Information we may collect

Information you give us

• Contact details, such as your name, company name, email address and phone number.
• The type of business you are, for example importer, dealership, supplier or logistics partner.
• The content of your enquiry, such as the vehicles you are looking for, quantities and timing.

Information from WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram

• When you message us on WhatsApp: your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name, the messages and files you send (text, photos, videos, documents and voice messages) and the time they were sent.
• When you interact with our Facebook or Instagram pages: your public profile name or username, the messages and comments you send us, and any details you choose to submit to us through those platforms.

Technical information

• The server that hosts this website may record standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of visit.

We ask only for information that is relevant to your enquiry. Please do not send us sensitive personal information that we have not asked for.

How we use contact information

We use your contact information to:

• reply to your enquiry and continue the conversation you started;
• understand your requirement and prepare information about vehicle sourcing, import and export, or logistics coordination;
• coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners when that is needed to handle your request;
• send you updates about a request or an order you have made with us;

• Delivery by Meta. Messages between you and us are transmitted through WhatsApp. Meta processes them to provide the service, under its own terms and privacy policy.
• Storage by us. We receive and store the messages and files you send us, together with your phone number and profile name, so that we can handle your enquiry and keep a record of it.
• People and automated tools. Your messages may be read and answered by a member of our team. They may also be processed by automated tools, including AI-assisted tools, for example to organise an enquiry, to transcribe a voice message or to help prepare a reply.
• Your choice. You can ask at any time to speak with a member of our team, or tell us that you no longer wish to be contacted on WhatsApp. You can also block our number in WhatsApp.

We contact you on WhatsApp when you have written to us first or have agreed to receive messages from us.

Website analytics and cookies

This website does not currently use analytics tools, advertising trackers or cookies. If we add any of these in the future, we will update this policy before doing so.

The fonts on this website are loaded from Google Fonts. To deliver them, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of services provided by other companies. They receive personal information only as far as needed to provide their service.

• Meta provides WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram. Information you share with us on these platforms is also processed by Meta under its own terms and privacy policy.
• Google provides the mailbox for our contact address, ismgroupdz@gmail.com, and the fonts used on this website.
• Our website hosting provider stores the website files and the technical logs described above.
• Automation and AI-assisted tools help us organise and answer the messages we receive.

Some of these services may process information in countries other than the one you live in.

We may also share information with suppliers and logistics partners when that is needed to handle a request you have made, and with authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Access is limited to the people who need it to handle your request.
